Description
The Frey Auto Active air duct with Air Flap Control specifically designed for BMW G20, G28 models. This component connects to the vehicles Active Air Stream system that controls the airflow through the lower radiator intake to optimise engine cooling efficiency, warm-up time, and aerodynamic performance.
This unit features a durable reinforced engineering-grade thermoplastic housing, electronically controlled air flap vanes, precision OEM-style airflow channels and mounting points. Internally, the flap system incorporates reinforced pivot joints, vibration-resistant mounts, and sealed actuator interfaces and is designed to open and close based on engine temperature, ensuring the engine reaches operating temperature quickly while reducing aerodynamic drag at cruising speeds.
