Returns Policy

We will be happy to accept a return for a refund/exchange or store credit on products in new/unused condition.
Beeline Spares accepts returns with accordance to our terms and conditions below.
Returned Items must be in original packaging with no physical evidence of fitment or ANY damage whatsoever. (Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
Goods must be returned within 7 working days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any returns exceeding this grace period.

Correctly supplied goods, are not subject to returns/credits in line with the CPA act.
Only in rare cases will exceptions be made, and are at management’s discretion to accept/deny the refund/credit.

Incorrectly requested parts, courier costs, are for the buyers account.
Incorrectly purchased goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
If the returned goods show any marks of wear and tear, grease, oil, foreign partials or any scruff marks goods will not be liable for return, in this case the buyer will not receive a refund or credit and will be liable to collect the items or arrange courier at own cost.
Returned goods that have been damaged by the courier are not subject to refund.

Electric components go through multiple tests to insure 100% functionality. Manufacturers do not accept returns on electric components that have been opened from original packaging.
We take responsibility on shipment of incorrectly supplied parts that have been supplied and will arrange transportation for exchange for the correct parts.

Beeline Spares takes no liability due to failure or malfunction of any of our products sold, and can’t be held for any loss damages or injury, and any claim shall be limited to the supply of its replacement only.
Client will be issued with a return/credit reference.
